Toby

I adopted Toby from Pet Adoption League in New Stanton Pennsylvania (2022) Little Toby (5lbs.), was used as a breading dog in a puppy mill for the first 5 years of his life 🥺. He was malnourished, had “leather” ears and tail, sparse fur. Since I adopted him he has become the dog he should be; happy, with healthy skin and coat. Toby gets lots of love and he is the sweetest little boy that loves everyone!
