NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, DONATION, OR SEARCH ACTIVITY IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE.
1. Sponsor
These Promotional Campaign & Contest Rules (“Rules”) govern promotional campaigns, contests, voting initiatives, and similar programs conducted by DogDog (“DogDog” or the “Sponsor”), which is operated by Goodsearch LLC.
By participating in any DogDog promotional campaign, contest, voting initiative, or related activity (collectively, a “Campaign”), participants agree to be bound by these Rules and by the decisions of DogDog, which are final and binding in all matters relating to a Campaign.
2. Campaign Availability & Timing
DogDog may conduct Campaigns from time to time. Specific start dates, end dates, eligibility requirements, participation methods, support amounts, recipient organizations, and related details for any active Campaign will be announced by DogDog through its website, application, email communications, or official social media channels.
DogDog is not obligated to conduct Campaigns on any recurring schedule and may modify, suspend, postpone, or discontinue any Campaign at any time in its sole discretion.
Unless otherwise stated, DogDog’s computer systems and servers are the official timekeeping devices for all Campaigns.
3. Eligibility

Participants must reside in a jurisdiction where participation is permitted by applicable law.
Employees, contractors, officers, directors, and agents of DogDog, Goodsearch LLC, and their immediate family members or household members may be ineligible to participate.
DogDog reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any Participant or Organization that DogDog determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible or has violated these Rules.
Campaigns are void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. Recipient Organizations
Campaigns are designed to support animal welfare organizations, shelters, rescues, sanctuaries, and similar organizations (“Organizations”).
DogDog allows Participants to nominate, suggest, support, vote for, promote, or otherwise help participating Organizations during a Campaign.
Organizations featured in a Campaign may be identified through Participant suggestions, community engagement, direct outreach, prior participation, independent selection by DogDog, or other methods determined by DogDog.
Organizations are encouraged to promote Campaigns in a manner consistent with these Rules and to encourage their supporters to do the same.
DogDog may consider a variety of factors when determining whether an Organization may participate in a Campaign or receive support, including, without limitation:
- Organizational mission;
- Demonstrated impact;
- Operational legitimacy;
- Verification status;
- Geographic representation;
- Community engagement;
- Campaign participation;
- Social media activity; and
- Other factors determined by DogDog.
DogDog does not guarantee that any Organization will be selected, featured, funded, or continue to participate in any Campaign.
Participation in a Campaign does not create any partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, endorsement, or ongoing funding obligation between DogDog and any Organization.
