CHARLIE

Charlie is a rescue from Kentucky where he was found in the woods with patchy hairless. He did not do well in the shelter so a rescue in Western New York called Vernards Beagle Rescue brought him up to NY. The rescue only put dogs in foster homes they do not have a physical shelter. He came to us with anxiety . He has come a long way in 3 years we have had him. He has come out of his shell. He loves to play with other dogs a day care. He finally is happy to see people in our neighborhood including men who He feared. He has come a long way.
