Jillie

Our sweet Jillie was rescued by English Springer Rescue of America at 5 years old from a neglectful breeder where she had been confined to a dirty pen, not socialized, and forced to compete for food her entire life. She was seriously underweight, dirty and matted and covered with scabs when we began fostering her. After nearly 2 years of love from us and her Boykin Spaniel brother, Duncan, proper medical care, good nutrition, exercise and careful socializing, she is still shy but is a beautiful, healthy and happy little girl and a permanent part of our family.
