Hazel

Biography
I'm a 56 year old woman I'm realtor in the central Florida Disney area who has made helping rescue dogs part of my mission. I lost my second rescue dog in November till lymphoma in a month later I adopted Hazel who was in need of a home and ended up in rescue. I'm also fostering a dog for the Polk County bully project currently who was all skin and bones when I got her 3 weeks ago and is making a miraculous recovery and has become best friends with Hazel. My mission is selling homes and saving dogs and I make donations with every home I sell to help with spay and neuter and other necessities the Polk County bully project will need to save the dogs. To date since 2019 when the Bully Project was opened they have saved over 7,700 dogs, that either need to be pulled from animal control so that they don't get euthanized due to overcrowding, strays off the street, abandoned dogs and dogs being sold in parking lots and dogs that end up in homeless encampments and are left behind when something happens to their owners. The ladies who started this rescue are two of the most passionate people I've ever met as well as their staff, volunteers and fosters. The rescue is entirely donation based and they do everything they can for every dog that comes through their doors. Every donation goes straight to the dogs. I am proud to be a supporter of this rescue and all that they do for all the dogs especially the bully breeds.
