Roscoe

Poor Roscoe was brought to us by a high kill shelter at Brazoria County Animal Control when no rescues would pull him and he was up for euthanasia. He's a hound Dobie mix and sweet as can be. He walks like a seal and is a bit slow but loves treats, attention and spending time with his people and dog friends.
