Charlie

Charlie had been an owner surrender (lucky for me). He has been a wonderful brother to Ace and now to his sister Judgy Judy. Hawaii has a severe abandonment problem and many dogs live in tiny pens or chained in yards. Hunters use them for pig hunting. They are starved before hunts and when no longer useful, left behind. Hawaii is so far from other states that rescues are limited in their ability to find homes.
