Biography
CeCe was used as a bait dog at just 5 months old. I fostered her for second Chance rescue NYC. When she was around 6 mo old. She was very traumatized when I received her I had to carry her outside to go potty and everything. it took her about 3 years for her to adjust here. I sent her to off leash K9 for training for 3 months that helped a lot but it still took a long time for her to trust people other than me.She is my very beautiful Foster . She turned nine this year. And hopefully I have her for many more years to come.
