A very neglected puppy from Florida that my daughter adopted, and now he lives in New Hampshire and he is 15 years old , he's a good boy . I adopted him from my daughter because she couldn't keep him anymore due to neighbors schedules. We shared approximately 4 years together. He came in my life at perfect timing because I lost my sweetheart female Bolognese dog Olive she lived 14 years and I lost her to a mitral valve heart murmur disease 6 months prior to him moving in with me . I still cry for her to this day 6 years later. However It was a gift to take him in . It helped ,me so much. However sadly my sweet boy travelled over the rainbow bridge last month. It was his time unfortunately but we had many good days sitting outside together in the yard under the summer sunshine, both our favorite thing to do , he was pushing probably 19 years and having bathroom issues. I wanted one more summertime but sadly his quality of life was gone. My daughter and her husband did the humane thing for him at his old age. Dogs , all animals are so so special. I could not imagine living without them ! Now I enjoying feeding the birds that live in the 6 unit apartment building where I live. They all wake me up early in the morning 🌄. They are my pets now. They make me 😊 . I won't be adopting anymore dogs , it's to hard for me to care for them and too hard for me when they go over the rainbow bridge. But I love them all so much❤️.
