Shelly

Around 8 months old Shelly wandered into our yard very skinny and hungry. She was finding rodents in the field to eat so we started putting food out for her. After trying to find her humans to no avail we decided to have her join our dog family of 8. She is a mix of Border Collie/ Boxer so instinctively she started helping me herd our chicks into the coop at night. She loves running our trails with us and never met a mud puddle she didn't love! We call her our junkyard dog. lol Her fav sleeping spot is by the wood stove on chilly nights. She is now 11 yrs old and still makes us laugh every day with her side eyes and expressions! She is always ready to tell us a story or give a wiggle butt performance. We were blessed she came into our lives!
