Abe

Abe was rescued as an 8 year old black dog with heartworm. Chances of finding him a home was slim until he was transferred to a shelter in Tennessee from Alabama. Once there he found a volunteer that fell in love with him (me) and after his heartworm treatment was done, he was adopted. That was 2 years ago. He is a healthy, happy, very much loved family member.
