Biography
Tollie was born in Kuwait and flew all the way to Maryland to a shelter ( So much paperwork).We drove from Virginia and loved him at first site , he was so excited! He loves everyone and cats and other dogs but he is in love with my grandchildren—19 months to 22 years old, 7 of them!
