Biography
NellieBelle was wondering the streets of Hartford CT when she was picked up by Animal Control. I saw her video posted on their Facebook page, went to meet her, and fell in love. We didn’t know anything about her background so we had her DNA tested. She is the sweetest dog I have ever had and we love her to pieces.
