Cain

I found Cain wandering through a neighborhood behind our local mall in December 2019. He immediately joined the pack and was accepted by Ellie, Maddox, and Persephone. Cain is incredibly smart - he has learned to open doors and even help himself to ice! He and I share a special connection, and he always seems to know when I’m happy, sad, or anxious. Cain has also been a lovable handful from the beginning: he sits in chairs, has a mind entirely his own, and once rolled down a car window to escape at Walgreens on Christmas Day 2019! He’s protective of his home and yard, but once he knows you’re a good person, you’ll be his friend forever!
