Sasha

I adopted Sasha from a shelter when she was about two years old. She had been there for a while because she was afraid of people and would never interact with potential adopters. Also, the staff said that when she would whine, it was the most unnerving high pitched whine that was like nails on a chalkboard. They said she was a chihuahua yorkie mix with wiry black hair that looked like she just rolled out of bed and it was love at first sight! I sat down on the ground and she slowly inched closer until she was on my lap enjoying pets and ear scritches. I love her with all my heart. But they weren’t lying about her whine! What I love most is that she talks to you like she’s carrying on a conversation.
