Mulligan

Mulligan was found as a stray at 4 months old when he fell into the window well of a basement window during the snowiest winter North Central Washington had seen in years. The person who found him turned him over to a local dog rescue I was volunteering for. I began fostering him and shortly thereafter was told he would be transferred to the west side of the state where his odds being adopted would be better. Although I’d only had him for a week I couldn’t stand the thought of letting him go so I adopted him. One of my best crazy ideas! Mulligan has brought me so much joy with his funny personality and is the first dog I’ve owned who “talks”.
