I-C was born Aug 22, 2016. My wife and I were talking and I love going to haunted houses, then I received a call that would change my life. It was the same guy that had given me my first Chihuahua. Well, he had two new puppies, so I looked at my wife and she straight up said, "the haunted house or the puppy"?... As much as I love haunted houses, I quickly said "let's go see the Chihuahua". As soon as I held her, I knew she was going to be mine. So, we got her and my wife asks, "what do I want to name her"?. I said, "as white as her fur is, let's name her Icy, but, I wanted her to have a one of a kind name so I said, "with all caps, I with a dash C. We were driving on our way home, it was night, so when the street lights hit her fur, it seemed to glisten. It made me think of ice in the winter time.
