Roxy was found as a stray on a on ramp to I 95 in Philadelphia! One of my good friends notified me and asked for my help, and I ended up keeping her. She’s the best dog I ever had. I support all rescues I believe in adopting and saving lives instead of supporting the greedy evil puppy mills business!! adopt don’t shop if people researched Poppy mills and realized how horrific and evil and sad it is maybe more and more people would adopt instead of buying them from these horrific Poppy Mills, the parents of these puppies, never see the light of day and live in cages from birth to death! Please don’t buy a dog adopt and save them from euthanasia!!
