Buddha

Buddha Bug. That's what I called him. He was a private foster. ( His mom needed to find a place where he could live too) He was with me for almost a year. The last few months he got sick. I explained previously on FB that was attached to this site what happened so now I'll tell u about his life. He was one of a kind character, trickster and very mischievous, + until we got his brother Luda). Buddha would jump on the kitchen counter tore off my cabinet door and ate all the contents of the cabinet including a whole bag of russet potato's. He ate EVERYTHING. There was not one food that he DIDNT LOVE. Which could have been very dangerous but something about Buddha he never got sick from anything he ate. EVER. He was also Houdini. When I started crating him to keep him from eating dangerous food and demolishing my cabinets he somehow escaped his crate every time. I had this crate bungee corded and padlocked and he still found ways out. It wasn't until my roomate actively rescued a pitbull from a bad situation and from then on Buddha didn't need to be crated. He was a good boy and stayed out of trouble. I imagine having a brother settled his anxiety. They were very close. Buddha also loved to smell flowers. All the time he would " stop to smell the flowers". So every morning we visit his flowerbed a greet him good morning. He is greatly missed and always lived. I imagine he's in their doggie heaven running free, smelling a field of flowers and being with my other kids. Buddhabug will forever be a part of me.
