Tig

Tig a Deerhead chihuahua came to Iowa in 2016 from Florida. The only thing i was told about him is that he came in nearly dead and his other two siblings died of starvation. Not sure why! The minute I seen jim online at the shelter in my town I had to go and get him, I had 3 others that looked exactly like him. Chaceeta when I was little ( neighbor poisoned her ) and Souther. Which became the perfect name for her I ended up giving her up to my aunt who lived in florida so souther went south and got spoiled . Rambo, the fiestiest one i had lived to almost 20 even after a blavk lab shock him and tore big spots of skin off . Vet fixed him and he lived to ne an old man. Now Tig , the sweetest boy ever . Doesnt bark unless a knock on door is pad trained but mostly for outdoors .. he sings when my phone rings to alert me . He was so happy to finally have a forever home I went and adopted another female from florida . She was sick and it took a month to get her . She took good care of tig washing him everyday and playing with him .. he soaked it up. She is now in dog heaven and tig is still going strong. They said he was 6-7 in 2016 so that would make him 16-17 years old . Cant see it though when he is throwing toys in the air to get your attention . He also will come to me and nudge me and stand alerted to tell me it is time for bed . He woild never eat any dog food I tried so he gets delicious homecooked chicken and veggies .
