Lulu was an owner surrender to Dogs Forever She lived her first 3 years in a basement studio apartment with no windows for her to look out of The only time she got outside was on a leash to go potty…. no walks no running no sniffing She also ended up very overweight. The first time I took her to the dog park, she could hardly walk around the trails without stopping to rest. Now she is running all over the place with her sister Rosie and has a fenced in your backyard to explore and get the zoomies.
