Bella

Adopted from the TJ O'Connor Animal Control & Adoption Center in Springfield, MA in 2019, Bella has been my constant companion (and I mean constant... anyone with a "whathaveyounese mix" dog knows what I'm talking about) ever since. We've walked a thousand miles every year we've been together - exploring trails, fields, and towns here in Western MA. Bella shares her home with two cats - one who is bigger than her. And she's known as the Queen at the dog park. She can be found being trailed by 5-6 dogs who are 5-10 times her size - and she keeps them all in line. She takes up as much room in the bed as Great Dane - and looks like a Jack Russell terrier when shorn. She adores my granddaughter refuses to be left out of story and snuggle time. She is fluffy, not fat, just like me. And I cannot imagine my life without her. I have adopted over 15 senior dogs in my life - and Bella is another beloved soul I am so grateful to have the privilege of being the companion and caretaker of.
