Tera

Tera is totally deaf since birth when she was 18 months old her owner thought she was stupid and cross. He would hit her with a stick when she would nip at his heels because she’s a herding dog. She was taken to a veterinary facility and was asked to euthanize her. But she was otherwise healthy and the vet refused but said he would find her a home. I drove to Florida to get her. She’s not cross, and really smart. She is spoiled. And much loved she’s 3 years old.
