Lilya

Lilya was a perimeter stray at a dispersed homeless encampment in Southern California. Completely non agressive feral survivor. She required live trap and had just given birth to 10 pups 2-12 hours before. The puppies were found in a lare type hiding place familiar to the trapper The trapper had trapped her sister and a few other strays in the area early. Lilya was the last. The strays had endured quite a bit of human abuse and coyote taking pups. We couldnt get a collar or leash on her. Today with the help of volunteers and a gofundme campaign Lilya has gotten very thoughtful obedience training and playtime with others learning to dog and not just scrap and persevere. She is Malinois and Dutch Shepherd Rescue (MAD)
