Midnight Jackson

Midnight Jackson came to me as his third home. The first didn’t keep him long before trying to sell him and accepting $0 to get rid of him before they moved. The second owner was homeless with him multiple times and did not care how his children treated Midnight, he often got scraps or cheap food if any at all, he was left alone for long periods of times without the ability to potty outside and sometimes had to eat his own excrement. He was left in a trailer middle of July when he was about 3 years old without food, water or even an open windows for 2 days before I was given permission to take him, that owner turns around months later and threatened to burn me, him and my other animals alive in our home when the officer told him I did not have to return Midnight and that he was lucky to not be faced with charges for animal abuse. Since I have had him in the last 3 years he has gained weight, is on a strict diet and medications for his itchy skin conditions, got neutered, lost 2 dog brothers, gained 6 cat siblings, fostered 3 more cats and a bunny all of which he has loved dearly, he learned how to listen and most importantly how to be a dog that is and always will be protected. 💕🐾
