THIS IS JELLY AND HER DAUGHTER PICKLES

We rescued Frankie and his little brother Tony. They were with us for almost 15 years. When Frankie lost his brother Tony 4 years ago to cancer, he decided he didn't want to live anymore,. They had been together since they first opened their eyes. He searched for Tony. Looking out of the window or staring out the front door for hours. If he heard a dog bark in the distance he would think it was Tony and he would start to cry. He just started to give up. I called our vet and explained what was going on. “Get a puppy” was his immediate advice and counsel. We did just that. Frankie became like a puppy again. He played and barked and ran around with his new best buddy 'Pickles”. They became inseparable. It did save his life. But cancer beat us all. He was on a great number of meds both for the cancer and a heart condition. He was doing very well, but suddenly it became too uncomfortable. Too much pain and we had to let Frankie go. Now little Pickles is looking for him. She is confused and doesn't know where he is. Once again were searching, working hard to find her a friend to be with. And, we were able to bring our 4 year old Pickles and her 6 year old mother together. All of us living under the same roof., Delighted! They play together, sleep together and they are a joy.
