Zoe

Zoe was formerly owned by a major drug dealer in San Antonio, TX. The dealer was killed during an attempted home invasion by suspects looking to rip off the dealer for his money and drugs. She was tied up outside and pregnant. After her puppies were whelped, God's Dogs Rescue took her in and she was fostered by an awesome, experienced foster Mom who took great care of her. After talking with us several times, her foster Mom agreed that she should join us and our rescue full-blooded MinPin. A few weeks later she came up to Virginia. I carried her in a blanket and fed her little bits of steak all the way home (about a half hour). She now has another brother and sister (all rescues) and definitely runs the house. We love her to death. She must have had a scare or two with hawks because everytime one flies overhead, she barks furiously. She doesn't do it with other birds. She's also quite the hunter as she's caught a couple of rats, a vole or two, at least three rabbits and countless lizards.
