Romy

Romy is a rescue that came from a small city kill shelter in East Texas. She was the soul survivor of 9 parvo puppies. I had only planned on fostering her, but when I picked her up, there was no doubt that we were keeping her. She was 8 wks. At her first visit with her new vet, he realized that there was something wrong with her leg. Broken growth plate. 7 surgeries and a year later, we had a happy puppy. She is now 11, and doing great. Best rescue fail ever.
