Chance

Chance was a neglected dog in a neighbor's yard tied up on a rope that was so short he couldn't reach the water bucket set out for him. He cried constantly. I went over to the neighbor's house and knocked on the doors but no answer. I let him off of the rope and he ran straight over to our house where my husband was on the porch. We then called the Sheriff's department to report a neglected dog and they came and picked him up and took him to the Vet's office that also serves as the humane society. We called and asked if we could adopt him and they said in three days after the current owner agreed to give him up. They did. We did. He's very smart and loving.
